  • I'm still finding that out myself! But for these purposes, I have precognition, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizence, clairaudience and I’m also a medium, channel and empath and I astral project, remote view and I’m a few other things that don’t yet have a name.

  • Please allow for a 1 week turnaround time from the date you purchase a recording to the date it's received. In the rare circumstance that turnaround time is delayed, you will be notified immediately.

  • From your reading, you should expect to feel a sense of clarity and connection. Results may vary as all sessions are different and personalized to the individual. I'll download (medium or channel) any messages from your spirit guides or any other spiritual being who have messages for you. Since each reading is different, you can expect the unexpectable!

  • The best way to prepare is to drink a lot of water the day off to enhance our connection. And remember to bring a glass of water to the session!

    Practice deep breathing exercises and grounding before the session to help alleviate any worries or anxieties you may feel going into it.

    You can also ask your spirit guides/ancestors to provide me with clarity in relaying any messages they have for your growth and journey.

  • Since all readings are conducted virtually, I require a photo submission via email within 24 hours of booking/purchasing a psychic intuitive reading. This allows me to gain visual insight and better connect with the customer.

  • Yes! I have a standard intention that I use before beginning each session, but if you have one as well, please let me know!

    Does The Clear Channel Method involve predictions or fortune-telling?

    No. This work is not predictive and does not focus on future-telling or external validation.

    Does this replace therapy or medical care?

  • FOUNDATION COURSE — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Is this course about activating psychic abilities or opening intuition?

    No.

    The Foundation Course is not designed to activate, open, or intensify psychic or intuitive abilities.

    Most people are already open. What they lack is stability, discernment, and the ability to close. This course addresses that first.

    Rather than teaching you how to access information, this course teaches you:

    • how to feel safe in your body while perceiving

    • how to choose when you are open

    • how to reduce urgency and overwhelm

    • how to close cleanly and return to ordinary life

    This creates clarity that is sustainable — not dependent on intensity.

    Will I learn how to channel, connect with spirit guides, or access my higher self?

    Not in this course.

    Those practices require a regulated nervous system, strong boundaries, and the ability to disengage cleanly.
    Without those foundations, activation-based practices often increase anxiety, dependency, or burnout.

    This course intentionally focuses on:

    • containment before connection

    • consent before access

    • stability before expansion

    Instruction in channeling, guide connection, or inquiry-based practices belongs in a later, application-based setting — not at the foundational level.

    Are there any practical exercises in this course?

    Yes — but they are regulating and orienting practices, not activation practices.

    The exercises in this course support:

    • grounding in the body without dulling sensitivity

    • calming the nervous system so perception can settle

    • practicing intentional opening and closing

    These practices are designed to help you feel safer, steadier, and clearer — not to guarantee information or experiences.

    Why doesn’t this course include techniques for “getting answers” or “receiving messages”?

    Because clarity does not come from effort.

    Practices focused on “getting information” often teach people to:

    • chase perception

    • override nervous system signals

    • mistake intensity for accuracy

    • stay open when rest is needed

    This course teaches the opposite:

    • how to tolerate quiet

    • how to trust subtle perception

    • how to wait without anxiety

    • how to stop without guilt

    When clarity is real and relevant, it does not need to be forced.

    What if nothing happens for me during this course?

    That is not a problem.

    Periods of quiet, reduced intensity, or “nothing happening” are often signs of integration and regulation — not loss.

    What is the goal of the Foundations Course?

    The goal is not heightened perception.

POLICIES

By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to the following policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Payment is due at booking for all services. A 100% refund will also be issued if the appointment is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled session. Payments are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session. Please be on time for your session. There is a 10 minute grace period for those running late, however, the session will be canceled and considered a no-show after the 10 minutes have passed.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable at times and interfere with scheduled session. Please reach out to me ahead of time if you think you may be late to your session or need to reschedule, as although not guaranteed, I will try to accommodate emergencies as I see fit.

The Spiritual Girlie TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment, you, the client, are giving explicit permission and consent for the practitioner, Aliya Griffin of The Spiritual Girlie, to perform spiritual reading(s) (tarot, psychic, empathic, medium, mentorship) and/or hypnosis regression(s) on the client. 

The client is agreeing that the outcome of these sessions, via in person, online or voice note, are not guaranteed to produce successful results. The client is agreeing that the audio/video footage and information gathered in the session may be used at the practitioner’s discretion for marketing and educational purposes, including but not limited to blogs, vlogs, social media, etc. Personal information will be edited out for client privacy.

By booking a session, the client is declaring that the practitioner is free of any legal action taken by the client, related to the client’s session(s). Including, but not limited to, receiving an unsatisfactory session, inability to energetically connect, inability to be hypnotized, inability to gather the desired information, and any technological issues (including but not limited to audio/video malfunctions), etc. All of the listed, as well as any other unforeseen issues, are possible outcomes of this experience and do not warrant a refund or legal action to recoup session fees. 

Payment: The client understands that all sessions are paid for at the time of booking. 

Cancel/Reschedule Policy: By booking a session, the client understands that all services are non-refundable. Sessions that are canceled and rescheduled (by the client) before 48 hours of the scheduled session, will not incur a rebooking fee. Sessions that are canceled or rescheduled (by the client), less than 48 hours before the session, are NOT eligible for a refund. 

The practitioner is aware that life happens and situations are often out of our control, and encourages the client to reach out and communicate with the practitioner if schedule changes are needed due to unforeseen circumstances. The practitioner, and only the practitioner, can offer appointment modifications or provide alternate accommodations, if warranted. The client understands that even when reaching out to the practitioner, the practitioner is not obligated to accommodate the client in any way. 

Late Policy: The client understands that all sessions start on time. The client understands that if he/she is not ready at their appointment time, the practitioner is not obligated or expected to extend the session time to accommodate. Sessions will begin promptly and end promptly. 

The client also understands that there is a 10 minute grace period, in which time, the practitioner will wait for the client to attend the scheduled session. After that 10 minute grace period, the client will be considered a no call/no show, the practitioner will leave the session, and a refund will not be provided. The client is more than welcome to re-book a session at their own cost.

If, for any reason, the practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the practitioner will offer the client the next first available session or any other reasonable appointment modifications.

For legal reasons, this agreement must also include the following disclaimer: This Spiritual Girlie sessions are for entertainment purposes only.
