I’m Aliya Griffin—a psychic medium, certified past life regressionist, author, spiritual teacher, and the woman behind The Spiritual Girlie.

My work is rooted in something simple: helping people better understand themselves, their intuition, and the spiritual experiences that can sometimes be difficult to explain.

Through intuitive psychic readings, mediumship, past life regression, spiritual guidance, and intuitive development, I create space for people to explore what they’re experiencing without being told what they have to believe.

My abilities include clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, precognition, mediumship, and channeling. But I don’t believe being spiritually gifted makes me an authority over someone else’s life.

I’m the messenger, not the message. Authority lives in the receiver.

I’m Aliya Griffin—psychic medium, certified past life regressionist, author and spiritual teacher.

My own spiritual awakening led me through intuitive experiences, visions, mediumship, past life regression, channeling and a deeper understanding of what it means to trust my own inner knowing.

The journey changed the way I understand spirituality. I don’t believe spiritual growth requires us to become someone else, follow someone else’s path, or give our authority away in order to receive guidance.

Today, my work is centered on helping others explore their intuition, spiritual experiences, and personal transformation while remaining connected to themselves.

We are not here to be perfect. We are here to be real.

I don’t believe spiritual guidance should make you dependent on the person giving it. I don’t believe another person should become the authority over your intuition, your choices, or your life. And I don’t believe spirituality requires you to accept every message, interpretation, or experience without question.

My role is to offer what I receive, share what I’ve learned, create space for exploration, and allow you to decide what resonates.

You’re allowed to be curious. You’re allowed to question. You’re allowed to change your mind. You’re allowed to trust yourself.

Personal: No two people experience intuition, spirituality, or regression in exactly the same way. My work isn’t built around forcing your experience into someone else’s spiritual framework. We begin with you.

Grounded: Spiritual experiences can be meaningful without requiring us to abandon discernment, boundaries, or everyday life. There is room here for spirituality and curiosity while remaining connected to yourself.

Receiver-Centered: You don’t have to accept everything you’re told simply because someone identifies as intuitive or spiritual. I offer what I receive. You determine what resonates.

Recorded: When applicable, sessions are recorded and provided by email at no additional cost so you can revisit your experience in your own time.
